On January 17, 2013, My mentor Karla Rugama and I met. We discussed the project and how we'd have to meet for a total of 25 hours. We went on to talk more about being a social worker. We talked about a worker's case load, the different levels of social workers, and other aspects. We later went to her office and I was able to see the amount of paper work one social worker has for one child, its alot. After we went out to lunch with her intern, herself and I where we talked a little on having a caseload of sometimes 25 kids and being able to see them all with a month and still having to write court reports and attend court dates.
